The Planning and Scheduling Officer will be responsible for the completion of necessary documentation associated with assigned project/s. General duties will include:

  • The development and maintenance planning for projects scheduled scope and tasks as required;
  • Arrange technical advice and documentation for all activities support trade disciplines;
  • Provide any schedule reporting requirements such as tracking, resource requirements, etc.;
  • Update schedules with estimation of works completed to date;
  • Assist with preparation of quotations/estimates for emergent works on projects;

About you

You will be organised, insightful and think outside the box. You will respect procedures and follow them accordingly while still bringing developments through your ‘continuous improvement’ focus. You will have previous exposure to the demands of project planning (particularly within the marine industry) and have an understanding of the importance of accuracy and educated judgement. You will work solo or in a team environment with ease and enjoy the challenges project work will bring.

You must be willing to undertake a pre-employment medical examination and instant drug and alcohol testing, to commence this assignment.
