The Role

This is a great opportunity within State Government to work towards making a difference in the community. You will be working with a diverse range of people from various backgrounds whilst out in the community travelling to different locations using the organisations car to asses clients needs in their homes. You will be required to understand, interpret and apply standards, legislations, policy and guidelines to clients. You will be required to work within the Brookvale office.

Your responsibilities as a Client Service Officer will include:

  • Working with a diverse range of people
  • Planning and prioritising work load
  • Managing conflicts and expectations
  • Working towards KPIs
  • Monitor property conditions
  • Facilitate property maintenance
  • Work within a team

The candidate

You will be dynamic with previous experience working towards KPIs in customer service, sales or a customer focused background.

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A valid riving License is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sensitivity to working with people who have complex needs
  • Ability to problem solve and deal with complaints
  • Good time management
