Real opportunities to work alongside a wealth of knowledge within the construction industry and gain exposure to all elements and departments that support the project lifecycle. Projects will be varied and can include small fit-outs to multi-story, multi-function buildings. Working with Construction Manager, Project Managers, Site Supervisors and Sub-contractors on project administration encompassing:raising purchase ordersissuing progress claimsengaging new sub-contractors and suppliers to meet our internal QA requirementscreation of site safety folderscompletion of equipment schedulesassisting with financial tracking of projectssetting up new jobs in Procore, Sharepoint and MYOBreportingon project man hoursparticipation in construction and project specific meetingsliaise with builder from accounts, to project admin & project managersdocument controlorganise licences and clearances as required on project by project basisad hoc admin tasksLooking for candidates that are team players, and love being the go-to person.
