- Taking detailed notes and forwarding messages to the wider business
- Focus on providing solutions to all inbound calls
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Greet all visitors as they arrive
You will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 6-12 months in a similar role
- Ability to strive for excellence in customer service
