This well known and well respected government department are hoping to secure a strong receptionist to cover their front desk requirements. You must be someone that prides themselves on providing strong customer service and offer solutions when needed.

Duties include:

  • Taking detailed notes and forwarding messages to the wider business
  • Focus on providing solutions to all inbound calls
  • Answer all incoming phone calls
  • Greet all visitors as they arrive

You will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 6-12 months in a similar role
  • Ability to strive for excellence in customer service
