Several full time roles have become available for corporate Receptionist's looking for their next opportunity within Melbourne's CBD.

As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and managing incoming telephone calls
  • Diary and meeting room management
  • Greeting and directing all external visitors
  • Receiving and dispatching mail
  • Maintaining office cleanliness
  • Ensuring messages are passed on in a timely manner
