The Role

Our client is seeking a temporary, full time Receptionist to be the friendly face of the firm for approximately 3 months with the potential to extend to permanent.

Key Duties

  • Answering & directing incoming calls
  • Meet & greet internal and external stakeholders
  • Upkeep of the reception area
  • Ordering stationary
  • Coordinating couriers
  • Distributing mail to relevant parties
  • General ad-hoc administration duties

The Candidate

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a receptionist
  • Great communication both written and verbal
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Highly organised
