Randstad is looking for highly skilled, professional and qualified receptionist & administration staff with experience in the Construction industry. This position is based in Hawthorn.

We are looking for reliable, mature minded and well presented candidates that are available immediately for work. Ideal candidates will have strong proven administration experience.


  • 3-5 years experience with in a Reception or Administration role
  • High level of presentation and customer service
  • Initiative and confidence to tackle any task given to you
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally at all levels
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently
  • Ability to liaise with subcontractors, Project Managers and Directors
  • Strong computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Great time management skills
  • Switchboard experience
