Are you a Receptionist looking to take charge in your next office support role?

Your new company:

As a leading manufacturer of office products; this company is an iconic brand name and market leader in their field. Your new team are like minded individuals and your new manager is looking for a receptionist who would like to progress in the marketing field.

Your new role:

A typical day in your new role will involve providing a comprehensive range of reception duties. You will assist with customer enquiries and operate as an integral part of the wider team on site. You will be building rapport with key internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to assist in achieving continuous improvement and enhancing the efficient operations on site. You will be working full time hours from Monday to Friday. The company culture is fun, professional, hard working and team focused.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing visitors
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls
  • Receive, sort and distribution of daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Booking of couriers, taxis and other modes of transport
  • Assist with company quality assurance documentation
  • Organise site maintenance services
  • Price processing
  • Sales analysis processing
  • Other general administration and clerical receptionist duties as required

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organising and time management skills
  • Marketing degree qualified is highly regarded
  • An interest in progressing within the Marketing field is essential
