Right now we are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to be the face of a very large client. The Ideal candidate will speak Manderin or Cantonese and English.

We require our Corporate Receptionists to be ready to hit the ground running! There will be cinstances where you could be left to work alone with little to no handover so being a quicker learner and having confidence is key.

Within these roles you would be responsible for:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Organisation of couriers and mail
  • Email Correspondence
  • General administration and ad hoc duties

To be successful for these roles you will need have:

  • Strong work ethic
  • Speak Mandarin Chinese
  • Speak Cantonese
  • Adaptable attitude towards daily tasks
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Well presented
  • Welcoming approach
  • Strong customer service
