Your New Company

Our client is a well-established Property Group operating across South east Queensland , Victoria and NSW. They have been involved in the build with some of the most iconic buildings across South East Queensland. This organisation has an outstanding reputation in the building industry nationally. They are currently acquiring a well presented, approachable Receptionist/Front of house at their head office in the GoldCoast.

Your New Position

  • Manage all aspects of the reception area and telephone systems
  • Welcome all clients, guests and employees in an approachable and friendly manner
  • Sort and distribute daily mail throughout the office
  • Manage and maintain meeting rooms ensuring they are tidy including providing fresh water and glasses
  • Schedule and research flight bookings and provide itineraries to employees through Flight Centre
  • Meet and greet clients including making coffee and tea
  • Book couriers where required , prepare purchase orders and general correspondence.

Your Skills and Requirements

  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain a professional image at all times
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm towards and willing to work at a high standard
  • Ability to work towards strict deadlines with little supervision
  • A sound knowledge to Microsoft Office
