Document Management Administrators – Financial Services (Big 4)

A valued client is currently going through an exciting phase of growth and as a result there are currently multiple opportunities available in their Records Management team for EXPERIENCED Records/Document Management Administrators to assist in managing the relationship between my client (Big 4 Bank) and the outsourced records management provider.

This is an exciting chance to step into the world of banking working in a newly created team alongside the Director of Enterprise Records in a role that has real opportunity for growth and progression working for one of the largest and most reputable Banks in Australia.

The role

  • Assist the Records Management Team with monitoring all document and information processing activity
  • Provide technical support when necessary
  • Support and assist in the updating and implementation of enhancements to system process
  • Working within compliance guidelines and requirements
  • Ensure projects and tasks are consistently updated and assignment to the appropriate team along with being able to prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Assist in the management of the relationship between the client and the outsourced provider

About you

  • You will be a motivated self-starter with a genuine interest in the Australian Banking industry who has demonstrated experience working in a similar role (Records Management Admin / Document Control)
  • Ability to work well within a team and take direction from Team Leaders
  • Flexible availability - Monday to Friday, this is an on-going temporary opportunity with the view to go permanent (FULL TIME)


You will be offered in depth training to give you the necessary tools to succeed in the role, as well as on-going learning and support once settled into the role.

  • Monday to Friday
  • Melbourne CBD location
  • $28 - $35/hr + Super (depending on experience level)
