Our client within the Utilities sector is experiencing an upturn in recruitment activity due to growth! From this, an exciting and new position has been created to support the current Recruitment function on a temporary basis for 6 months, with the potential to extend or become permanent.
Reporting to the Senior Recruiter, your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the “recruitment expert” for key stakeholders, to educate and consult utilising your knowledge of recruitment best practice
- Managing the full end to end recruitment process, which can include internal moves/backfills, for roles which range from support services to highly technical positions
- Utilising your understanding of contemporary recruitment procedures and methodologies to prioritise your time to meet the demands of this challenging position
You will be a part of a collaborative, supportive and high-performing team, with a strong focus on service, compliance and delivery. As an experienced recruiter with extensive experience sourcing for technical roles, you will be able to hit the ground running and quickly become an integral part of this successful function.
