The role

Randstad Business Support is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Brisbane CBD team.

You will be working with clients that provide us with repeat business, including top ASX listed business, This role is a mix of new Business Development, and fostering.

Your job roles will be a variety of permanent and temporary business support roles across Brisbane, along with having a strong sales focus on building existing relationships as well as thinking out side the box and creating brand new contacts. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with a strong sales or recruitment background who is hungry for success and looking for their next challenge.

Your role:

  • Strong sales activities, working to KPI’s to build a successful business
  • Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to placement
  • Business development and meeting with various clients to become a recruitment partner of choice
  • Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, will strive to over-achieve targets whilst working proactively in a team environment.
