The role

Randstad Business Support is currently looking for an experience Recruiter to join our Banking & Finance team. You will be recruiting for some of our largest and high-profile clients. Your accounts will be a variety of permanent and temporary business support roles across all of Sydney, focusing on one of the most lucrative markets in Australia.

A typical day:

  • Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to placement
  • Work with your dedicated candidate manager to create a talent pool
  • Business development and meeting with various clients to become a recruitment partner of choice
  • Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs

We are looking for an experienced, driven and resilient professional who is focused on delivering the best possible results each and every day. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, will strive to over-achieve targets whilst working proactively in a team environment.
