Your new role will be working for with a global market leader with a strong presence in the resources and utilities space. Reporting to the HR Manager, and working in fast paced dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing consultative recruitment advice and support to managers and staff across a white and blue collar client base.

Your responsibilities will entail, but not be limited to,

  • Business-partnering the organisation, linking in with all of the major stakeholders
  • Managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process across Australia by:
  • Advertising via appropriate channels
  • General recruitment activities such as conducting interviews, reference checks and performing database searches
  • Ability and personality assessment reporting
  • Scheduling and participating in candidate interviews
  • Manage visa requirements, organise pre employment medicals and on boarding


To be successful; for the role, you will have:

  • Excellent time management and priority setting skills
  • 2-3 years experience from agency or an in-house role
  • Be comfortable handling a high volume of positions
  • Experienced blue and white collar recruitment
  • Proven history of success in as similar position
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude
