Working in retail claims you will be responsible for assessing and managing a portfolio of claims with accordance to the company values and policies. You will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders, undertake appropriate investigations, interpret medical reports and conduct financial analysis. You will use your technical knowledge, experience and stakeholder management skills to reach an effective result for members and client.

For consideration:

  • A background in Retail Claims, Workers Compensation, Allied Health or Occupational Therapy
