About the role

  • Receive and register all returns requests from external customers.
  • Validate good return authorities for approval.
  • Arrange customer pick ups with logistics providers.
  • Assist logistics teams with account and logistics inquiries.
  • Managing projects and reporting of performance in projects.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding reporting, escalations and operating procedures.

Skills & Experience

  • True passion for providing a high level of service to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to lead by example and think outside the box.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • SAP highly desirable.
  • High accountability along with a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Previous experience working in a similar position preferred.
