My client is an established Non-Profit organisation based in Sydney's Northern Beaches and currentlly have a requirement for a Riteq Technical Analyst to come on board to build knowledge and expertise with the implementation, testing, documentation and techincal support with the roll out of award implementation rules for their Riteq workforce management system (WFM).

The successful incumbent will have a proven track record working in a similar role and a strong foundation of Riteq and it fucntionalities as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT development team
  • Demonstrated customer services skills in a high pressure environment
  • Leading end user support and training programs
  • Advanced Riteq configuration knowledge skills and expertise, with a specific focus on the system’s Award Interpretation engine

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledge of application support processes
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with people at all levels within the organisation
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Proficient in Word/Excel/Project/PowerPoint/Visio
  • Deep technical expertise in Riteq WFM and associated product set (Riteq ESS, Riteq RESS) preferred, or other workforce management system (e.g. Kronos/Time Target) expertise considered for exceptional person
  • Deep expertise in SCHADS awards or other complex modern award
  • Very proficient in spoken English
  • An understanding of the NFP/Disability sector preferred
  • Be able to work with little supervision once given a task to complete
  • A motivated self-starter with good organisational skills
  • Strong planning, analysis and communication skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise work
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service ethic.
