    Reporting to the Town Planner, you will be working with the development team to review and monitor compliance across all regulated policies and operational activities. You will be a consultative member of the team, interpret policies, implement structural designs and technologies and develop operational procedures and planning. Liaising with partners and stakeholders to implement compliance testing and assurance schedules, such as soil management plans, construction management plans and general compliance to the relevant legislative requirements. You will collaborate with external stakeholders and partners to not only meet obligations but to achieve continued excellence in regards to environmental impact and performance.
