This is an exciting permanent opportunity to be a part of a close team working with their Account Managers in a sales support administration role. If you have a can do attitude and possess great communication skills and an eye for detail we would love to hear from you! Anyone from an administrative, retail or sales background who is looking for a new challenge please apply.

The role will be administratively driven, however due to the close nature of the team you will be able to get involved in other areas of the business including researching key players in the industry. You will be will be given the opportunity to learn new things about this fast paced industry and the incredible projects that this client are currently a part of in Sydney and really be a valued and integeral part of the business.

This role would suit someone with mid to high level admin experience, who possesses a can do attitude and a willingness to take on new tasks, and who is keen to work in a fun and sociable team.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Processing orders from the Account Managers
  • Processing Supplier Purchase Orders
  • Handling customer and supplier queries
  • General support to the Office Manager and Managing Director
  • Researching key industry players to support the Sales team
  • Following up on internal enquiries

The role holds a negotiable salary for the right candidate and a company laptop is included.
