Randstad is very excited to partner with this Non for profit Super and Health Insurance Company. A growing business with their membership steadily growing now over 200,000 members nationally their focus is to offer finance, personal and family health care and in other ways offering peace of mind and reducing the financial burden that may flow from illness, accident or loss of life.

In order to be successful as a Sales and Service Consultant you will be responsible for:

  • Providing members with accurate and timely/relevant information
  • Complete forms, update payment details and account maintenance
  • Review insurance policies
  • Make outbound calls for sales campaigns and retention of members
  • Uphold exceptional customer service and have the ability to refer on unresolved grievances

Working with members you will be required to uphold all relevant policy and legislation requirements. It is also essential that you have knowledge of health insurance, general insurance or financial services. Other personal requirements we will be looking for are:

  • Ability to use a variety of sales techniques
  • Strong focus on customer service delivery
  • Experience in problem solving
  • Ability to co-ordinate high work flow
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
