Job Description

My client is a Technical and Service Solutions business that specialises in industrial air compressors.

Working both independently and with the National Sales Manager, you will maintain and develop existing customer relationships whilst expanding the range and number of customers.

The Account Manager is a key role in the company's growth plan and for the right candidate could be a step into a successful and highly ambitious company that is expanding in a billion dollar market.

You will be selling compressed air equipment including compressors dryers and associated ancillary equipment, tooling and accessories as well as contracts for various equipment manufacturers to clients.

Skills and Experience Required

Essential:

  • Experience in a sales / account manager role, with a track record in sales
  • Sales experience of compressors both products and service
  • Experience of leading a sales negotiation
  • Microsoft Package to include outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of Internal and external team members.
  • Able to communicate at all levels within the company
  • Professionalism and self-awareness

Desirable:

  • Degree. (pref Engineering or business based)
  • Experience selling compressors and associated equipment
  • Electrical or mechanical background

Benefits

In return, my client will offer a salary base ranging from $80-85,000 + Super + FMCV + Bonus along with the opportunity to work for a market leader.
