The company

Our client is a family owned and operated business that has worked their way up in the cleaning, technology, environmental divisions for the past 20yrs.

With over 30 full time staff and nearly 200 casual employees all with less than a 1% turnover, this business has a great culture and family feel.

They are currently in a large growth phase and due to this, they are holding two positions for energetic and driven sales representatives.

The role

Joining a team of two long term sales representatives who are highly successful - this role will see you pushing to work as a team to achieve budget across the board, whilst providing you with a strong support system.

Key responsibilities of this role are (but not limited to):

  • Nurture current client relationships and support customers with their supply needs
  • Foster new client relationships and establish new customers
  • Attend incoming orders from customers and forward to operations and delivery partners
  • Manage incoming quote requests, leads and complete tenders as directed
  • Meet with clients and customers directly off and onsite
  • Support the operations teams with meeting client demands and requirements.

The ideal candidate

Ideally, you will have proven success in a sales role within either the; building, construction, events management or industrial industry. You will have the energy and drive to reach and exceed sales targets, whilst being self-motivated to work remotely or via the office.

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • A very fair, yet honest style
  • Great energy and drive, whilst being a strong ‘people-person’
  • Innovative and intuitive approach, and the ability to see business performance improvements
  • Confidence to be able to present sales pitches to potential clients
  • Knowledge of the industry (Construction, environmental, manufacturing)
  • Proven ability working in a sales team
