Reporting into the Sales Manager, this role is required to provide high level support to the sales team, interacting with customers and understanding their portfolio of accounts. To be successful in this role you must have strong computer skills, be confidently able to work under high pressure environments, be analytical and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

Liaising with internally and external stakeholders

Preparing and providing quotes and orders to clients

Data entry and collation of relevant data

Managing reports and invoicing


To be successful in this role you must have:

Have experience in an administrative or sales support role

Experience in the banking or financial industry will be highly regarded

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced PC Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

High attention to detail

Be able to work in a high pressure environment
