About our client:

Our client a global total logistics solutions provider with offices in Australia, USA and the UK. Established in 2008, they have developed a trusted network of international partners and agents.

About the opportunity:

They are now looking for an Sales Support Administrator to join the team in Richmond, Vic with an attractive salary of $45-50k base plus super.

You will provide strong administrative support to the Operations team.

Reporting to the Line Manager some of the responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Administration duties supporting the sales team
  • Assisting with any needs the sales support team require
  • Respond to questions received via telephone, email, and web.
  • Daily phone calls to new and inactive partners, getting them on-board and supporting their growth.
  • Lead qualifications and opportunity generation
  • Document sales related support cases and ensure timely resolutions.

About you:

The successful candidate will need to have the following core competencies/capabilities:

  • Freight experience preferred
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Be confident to talk to internal and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail
