Your New Company

You will be working for an international FMCG company that produces premium beverages. These products are very well liked and renowned for their quality. This is an exciting opportunity to join this prestigious business as a Senior Consultant and will see you develop a long-term and successful career.

Your New Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities as well as managing current accounts. This is a newly created role due to company growth and will focus on sustaining growth through over the phone sales. You will join the Sales team in this company that rewards those who excel in their area.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound telesales
  • Develop and manage relationships with customers
  • Provide a high level of service to existing and prospective customers
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and wants
  • Manage an allocated customer database to convert leads

Your profile will demonstrate:

This role requires a high level of communication and confidence as you will be constantly dealing with important customers. Ideally you will be passionate about sales and will be very motivated to achieve targets.

In addition, you will have:

  • Previous Business Development/ Sales experience (open to telesales and face to face)
  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
  • Resilience when faced with challenges
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • High level of energy and self-motivation
