Due to excititng growth within all levels of Government, we requireprofessional scribes seeking their next assignment!

Role Duties

  • Attending selection panels and assisting in facilitation of recruitment process: AO3 - SO levels
  • Support in recruitment drives and providing advice to panel members
  • Production of selection, comparative reports and detailed transcriptions of interview discussions
  • Completion of reference checks as required
  • Assist in shortlisting and completion of shortlist reports, as required


  • Previous scribing experience is necessary
  • Government experience with scribing is highly regarded
  • Professional approach towards work
  • Excellent verbal and written ability
  • An ability to work with high level stakeholders
