Role of Sales Manager

  • To open new accounts across Victoria
  • Generate leads
  • Predominantly new business sales
  • Phone and face to face selling
  • Achieve KPI's
  • Develop new business strategies
  • Reporting to the state sales manager
  • Based 100% out on the road

To be successful in this role

  • Success in this role will come from leveraging from your background in sales/ B2B sales/ New business development
  • You will have a proven track record in sales and not be afraid to close deals or ask for business
  • You will have excellent communication skills
  • You will have an energetic and engaging personality
  • You will be a 'go getter' with a 'hunter' attitude
  • You must be commercially focused and have excellent communication skills
  • You will have the ability to work autonomously
