Randstad is currently recruiting for a number of roles based in Canberra. We seeking highly organised, professional and experienced Senior Administration Executive to provide high quality support to our clients Senior Executive teams.

The successful candidates will be motivated, professional and organised with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will have experience establishing good relationships with stakeholders and staff, build wide and effective networks of contacts, and adapt your interpersonal style to suit different people and situations. They will be an adept communicators, be comfortable engaging with stakeholders of all levels and able to exercise good judgment when prioritising and managing work demands. They will also have a high level of emotional intelligence and a positive, proactive attitude.

You will be an excellent multi-tasker, able to quickly adapt to new challenges and stay focused in a fastpaced environment. You have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to effectively follow procedures and policies. You are proactive, able to deliver under pressure, and can manage your time effectively to work to tight deadlines. You should be able to demonstrate experience in a similar executive support role and be adept at using Microsoft Office applications.

responsibilities of the role include:

  • Diary management
  • Collate information for Chief Executive Report
  • Prepare agenda, collate information and outcomes for regular staff meetings
  • Manage incoming correspondence including emails, briefs, letters and appointments
  • Manage meetings including collation of papers, venue and catering (as required) and providing secretariat support to relevant internal committees
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes and facilitate meetings as required
  • Co-ordinate travel, including flights and accommodation as required
  • Maintain records in accordance with policy and protocols
  • Financial management including monthly credit card and cab charge reconciliations, invoice processing and accounts payable support
  • Provide support in event coordination
  • Maintain and proactively update the contacts database
  • Maintain stationery and office supplies
  • Respond to internal/external enquirers in a timely manner
  • Provide back up support to the Chief Operating Officer for leave as required
  • Other duties as directed by Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer as required.
