Senior Customer Strategy Adviser

Sydney CBD

6 month initial contract

A leading government organisation who are passionate about delivering top tier products alongside a positive customer service experience are seeking a like-minded Senior Customer Strategy Advisor. You will be adding value to Customer Channel Strategies and digital delivery and process transformation.

Key Requirements
• Ability to engage with and facilitate discussions with Senior Executives – can challenge assumptions and provide innovative solution based thinking
• Demonstrated experience in the development of Customer Channel Strategies with a focus on digital delivery and process transformation
• Ability to gather, analyse and interpret large quantities of statistical data
• Experience in leading customer/user experience and engaging with stakeholders to ensure a balanced perspective between business/customer needs
• Willing to work with existing staff to upskill and embed capabilities in this emerging area for the overarching company
