Our client is a leading well-established, mid-sized financial services firm located in the CBD. Following a recent National restructure, they are offering a rare opportunity for a hardworking, committed and highly organised individual.

As the Senior Executive Assistant, your key duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Taking a lead role in operational excellence
  • Drive and implement company processes and standards
  • Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
  • Document formatting and proofreading
  • Contributing to the success of the wider office
  • Travel and accommodation coordination both national and international
  • Drive process improvement and efficiency
  • Internal and external meeting coordination
  • Take ownership of the office and meeting room presentation
  • Taking minutes and distributing accordingly

As an ideal applicant, you will have the following;

  • Strong, proven and successful experience within a similar role
  • Professional presentation and demeanor
  • Advanced MS Office Suite
  • Service orientated with strong commerciality awareness
  • Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to operate in a proactive and efficient manner
