Your new role:

In your new role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting the national facilities manager
  • All staff housing occupancy agreements are completed
  • Finance administration
  • Coordinate leasing, occupancy agreement and other documentation
  • Maintaining a property database
  • Client/ Stakeholder management
  • Health and Safety management, including all standards are met and maintained
  • Facilities operational administration

The successful candidate:

You will show area’s of expertise in the following:

  • Results driven
  • Flawless execution
  • Effective verbal and written skills
  • High attention to detail
  • 2-3 years experience within the same or similar facilities administration scope
  • Efficiency using the Microsoft office base system
  • Financial analysis skills
  • Baseline clearance is ideal but not essential
  • Able to show initiative
