This financial services organsiation are one of the leading banks across APAC and have been voted one the top ten organisations to work for in Australia.

The role sits within the Commercial Services business unit and will manage change and transformational initiatives across Commercial Services to assist in the execution of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating and leading process improvement initiatives across Commercial Services
  • Conducting operational analysis of business processes including root cause analysis to identify process improvement areas and provide solutions
  • Driving digital procurement strategy for Commercial Services
  • Ensuring process and procedure documentation is relevant and up to date and easily accessible
  • Using Lean Six Sigma principles to make improvements and drive continuous improvement throughout Commercial Services
  • Managing Business Partner Outsourcing suppliers

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field such as Business or Procurement
  • Preferably postgraduate qualifications in Process Improvement, Financials or Supply Chain
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and business process reengineering
  • Solid understanding of key project management methodologies (e.g. Prince II)
  • Advanced in analytical and data analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Highly desirable experience working as a BPO relationship manager or vendor manager
  • Desirable experience implementing or being heavily involved in a procurement/P2P implementation of digitisation project
