Randstad is partnering with our client within the healthcare industry to assist them in finding an Organisational Change Manager to join the team to lead the change management delivery across impacted business areas and stakeholders. The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in operating at a consultancy level and have the ability to communicate at all levels.

The Change Manager will work closely with the Project Director and key stakeholders to provide a structured approach to delivering change, identifying business impacts, developing and agreeing on change activities in line with the change management plan.

Please note we are specifically looking for candidates with experience working within the healthcare industry.


  • Working closely with the project team and stakeholders to identify change impacts, develop and execute change management mitigation activities;
  • Establish change approach and tools to assist in ensuring business groups are ready to lead the change;
  • Develop a variety of communication artifacts for varying audiences that support project awareness, stakeholder engagement and change mitigation;
  • Provide status updates, support and advice to the project team and business owners on change readiness, including early identification and escalation of major risks/issues;
  • Lead consultation and engagement processes with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate business impacts;
  • Identify potential changes to job descriptions and organisation design and help manage the role of industrial relations in any potential structural change;
  • Consult with the project team, HR and business leaders to develop cultural change and transition plans for the business and staff to build readiness and support for the change;
  • Work with project team leads and business owners in the identification and assignment of responsibility for business readiness actions;
  • Monitor and assess the environment at different stages of change; developing and modifying the change management plan to meet the needs and address the Business Change barriers and resistance to change; and
  • Plan and communicate business readiness actions in support of business representatives.

Key Requirements:

  • We are looking for someone who has very strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability do a change impact assessment
  • Who has worked on technical projects (such as an infrastructure roll out) or has an understanding of technical projects.

The project has developed the initial Change Management Strategy, Stakeholder Engagement Strategy, Change Management Plan and Communication Plan Products.

You will be looking after a small team of 15 - 20 people who will be impacted by the changes.
