Are you a property Officer with government experience? Would you like to further your career in State Government? This might be the next step for your career.

Department of NSW State Government is looking for a Property Acquisition Officer. In this role you will deliver acquisitions and disposal programs, and provide expert professional property advice.

The skills that will assist you in this role are knowledge of commercial transactions, valuation and strong analytical mindset.

The role

This role will start as a 6 month contract with a possibility to be extended to 2 years.

You will be working in a team of 10-12 people with a chance to speak up and contribute fresh ideas.

The office location is Ashfield and you will also be required to travel to assess properties.

To succeed in the application process you will have

  • At least 4 years experience working in property
  • Experience working in Government (applications without government experience won’t be considered)
  • Driving License
