The job

Being in a team of 3 Talent Acquisition Partners, you all look after your own client group. For you this will be banking, financial advice and mortgage broking. You will partner with the business and people leaders to support future resource planning, recruitment requisitions and strategic sourcing initiatives that support the business strategies. The business leaders will value your understanding of the roles, environment and culture together with your expertise in contemporary sourcing techniques that deliver desired end-to-end-recruitment outcomes. Next to this they love to see you coming up with solutions for recruitment problems and be pro-active with implementing improvements.

The Manager

You will work alongside a collaborative manager that will support, develop and grow your recruitment skill set in an autonomous environment.

The Key responsibilities

  • Partnering with the business, broader talent team and the people leaders to deliver end to end recruitment
  • Establishing sound relationships and engaging with key stakeholders within the business
  • Project management and continuous improvement processes to actively promote an innovative and consultative recruitment solution to the broader business
  • Engage with relevant parties to build and promote an effective EVP
  • Setting the forecast for hiring activity with business leaders and create forecasting reviews

Your focus and strong stakeholder management skills with all levels of the business will be great for this job. Australian experience as a senior internal recruiter or higher is the ideal background. Your ability to be innovative and give solutions to different recruitment problems will help you to secure this job. Experience in financial services is a plus, but if you don’t have that please don’t hold back and still apply.
