about your role

As a Senior Talent Advisor based out of the Sydney CBD office, you will be dedicated to strategically sourcing and hiring internationally-based professionals across 8 pre-defined positions consisting of estimators, project managers and project engineers.

your daily duties

recruitment & candidate management:



* Initiate a range of sourcing activities to produce a candidate international market mapping from a range of countries including UK, Europe, Middle East, Hong Kong, Singapore and North America.
* Manage the end to end recruitment process for the client through screening, interviewing and qualifying candidates, and negotiating remuneration packages to ensure both candidate and client expectations are met in a timely manner.
* Leverage a variety of recruitment technologies such as Video My Job, Brazen, and LinkedIn Recruiter to access a wide range of candidates and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.


client management:



* Develop and maintain relationships with the client to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities.
* Maintain regular contact and reviews with the client to understand their recruitment needs and ensure that expectations are met.
* Keep abreast of and analyse market and sector developments to ensure personal business and specialist technical knowledge is updated.


administration & reporting:



* Utilise the client's ATS (Page Up) to support effective management information reporting.
* Generating reports on RSR and client specific databases (as required).
* Real time updates for timely and accurate record keeping.


skills and experience



* Experience with international recruitment is strongly preferred.
* Proven track record in innovative and strategic sourcing using LinkedIn recruiter.
* Able to communicate with internal and external clients in a professional manner.
* Strong business acumen, high integrity and a strong desire to succeed.
