Our Client

A market leader in the construction industry who have been operating over the past 25 years providing maintenance and installation services to a wide range of clients across Australia are looking for an experienced Services Coordinator to join their vibrant team based in South Melbourne on a maternity leave contract for 12 months.

The Role

Reporting into the Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing administration support, prioritising and dispatching jobs to the technicians. This role is due to start immediately and will be offered working full time hours Monday - Friday.

Key Duties include;

• Gather and document all incoming client requests and job information
• Schedule and coordinate Technicians for jobs (repairs, warranty, and maintenance)
• Prioritise new and existing service jobs to ensure timely response
• Review and process work orders and purchase orders
• Organise / liaising with subcontractors
• Prepare invoicing and credits
• Time sheet entry
• General administrative support for the management team as needed

About you

you will be a highly engaged and motivated individual who can use initiative to problem solve and prioritise tasks. Working well under pressure you will have the ability to solve complex issues and work with strong attention to detail in your tasks.

Other key attributes include;

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong stakeholder engagement and management

• Proficient in MS Suite including; Word, Excel and Outlook

• Highly developed prioritisation and time management
