Your New Role

A typical day in your new role will involve providing key administrative and internal support to the operation team scheduling of technicians and arranging daily work schedules.

Your key duties

  • High volume of dispatching and route optimization
  • Scheduling work orders to techs
  • Comprehensive administration support to the Feild technicians.
  • Providing clients with a high level service from end-to-end as their key point of contact.
  • Assist in planning and deployment of labour.
  • Liaise with technicians and customers
  • Coordinating documentation needed for associated projects.
  • Maintain operational accountability for projects, schedules and resources internally and externally.

Your profile

  • Recent proven, stable experience in a similar coordinator, scheduling or Dispatch will be well regarded.
  • A genuine desire to assist internal and external operations.
  • Be extremely reliable and able to work full-time hours.
  • Liaise with technicians and customers
  • Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form.
  • Sound skills in problem solving and planning.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Proven ability to add value as a part of a diverse and dedicated team.
