We are looking for a passionate and driven Service Desk Analyst to work in a small team. You will be providing general MS Windows support, Office 365 support, new user provisioning and working in the Microsoft Environment, utilising Active Directory and Citrix.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate looking to gain further exposure in an environment where they can learn and take ownership once up to speed.
Candidates must have gained experience in the following to be suitable:
- Strong business acumen and customer service
- Highly self-motivated
- Experience in high call / ticket volume environment
- Good Problem solving logic
- Office 2013 and Office 365
- Windows 7 and Windows 10
Experience in SAP and ServiceNow will be highly regarded.
