Responsibilities of the role:

  • Act as a first point of contact to the business and provide exceptional customer service
  • Log all calls, emails and contact within agreed timeframes
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues
  • Resolve all IT enquiries or escalte where required
  • Follow up with customers and track outstanding cases
  • Maintain records
  • Follow all policies and procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and processes

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience in IT Help Desk/Service Desk environment
  • Demonstrated and strong experience in following procedures
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
