The Company:

2019 and this tier 3 builder just picked up four station upgrade projects to start in Mid January and beginning of February 2019.

Although small they are an established, staff focussed Australian builder, whom very much embrace a work life balance, promotions and positive can do “team spirit”.

There recipe for success has won the affection’s of their repeat clients, staff and reputation in their remit in Sydney delivering for clients including Sydney Trains, NSW public works, infrastructure and retail chains.

From concept through to completion their depth and knowledge of successfully, winning small to medium build project’s, hold’s them very much in a sought after position, allowing them to enter niche market’s and to continuously evolve.

With major project focus going into 2019 on further “station upgrade projects” they are looking to appointment a Seasoned Site Manager ideally with (RIW).

The Roles:

As a key Site Manager for them you will be expected to take full ownership of the project supervising all site activities and delegating as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing programmes
  • Site Inspections, establishment, and testing
  • Daily and Monthly reporting
  • OH&S
  • Subcontractor site Inductions
  • Managing onsite issues
  • Working to deadlines, contract and project time frames.

To be Successful:

  • You will have a minimum of 5 years local experience.
  • You will be a self starter, with the ability to drive the project
  • Ideally have your First Aid Card.
  • You will be highly motivated and a seasoned leader.
  • Exceptional Communication skills
  • A “can do” positive attitude and confidence.
  • Good management approach.
