About the company

A powerhouse name within the office fit out market in Sydney CBD. They are very much a solid identity within their space tripling in size, and envied for their high end finishes and happy go lucky culture. They have gained a medley of awards within their respective niche and have recently picked up a very high end office fit out Sydney's CBD and are looking for a polished Site Manager from a Carpentry back ground with a solid understanding of Co-ordintating services, subcontractors working a high end office in the CBD $1.8 million 1100 square metres.

About the role

As one of their Site Managers you will be expected to take full ownership of the project supervising site activities and delegating as necessary. You will be a seasoned Foreman looking to step into the role of a General Foreman quickly. Ideally you will have direct experience working on Commercial / Office fit outs over $500,000 AUD. You will also have a seasoned portfolio and over 5 years experience working for similar build projects in the Local Sydney arena.

Duties:

  • Preparing programmes
  • Adherence to BCA standards
  • Site Inspections, establishment and testing.
  • Daily and Monthly reporting
  • OH&S
  • Subcontractor site Inductions
  • Client Care
  • Managing onsite issues
  • Working to deadlines, contract and project time frames.

Skills and Experience

  • You will have a minimum of 5 year’s experience working on similar projects.
  • You will be highly motivated and ambitious with drive and passion in a leadership capacity.
  • Confident and looking to exceed in all facets of your work. Delivering on time and on Budget.
  • Exceptional Communication skills
  • A “can do” positive attitude and confidence.
  • Good management approach.
