The Role

In your new position, you will join a growing statutory planning team and report into the coordinator of statutory planning. You will be responsible for:

  • Provideing statutory planning advice and services to stakeholders.
  • Reviewing planning referrals in relation to roads and plans to comply.
  • Reviewing and approving works within road reserve and traffic management plans.

Skills & Experience

In order to take up this fantastic opportunity, you will need the following skills and experiences:

  • Qualifications in town planning, or other relevant discipline combined with successful experience in a statutory planning role, working on planning referrals relating to roads.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of planning strong knowledge of the Victoria Planning Provisions, State policy and relevant legislation.
  • Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and investigative skills in a planning role.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
