Our client, a well known and reputable Superannuation Fund is currently looking for experienced fund administrators, who are seeking temporary contracts with possible extensions. We currently have multiple positions available and are looking for enthusiastic and readily available candidates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, passion for superannuation and experience in the industry. The purpose of these positions is to provide excellent administrative support to members processing roll ins and roll outs as well as member benefit payments. You will work closely within the administration team and liaise with members, managers and other departments.

With roles based in both Brisbane CBD and Northern Suburbs, we offer you the chance to gain valuable experience with our prestigious clients at competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing benefit payments and contributions;
  • Processing roll in and roll out of funds
  • Liaising with other departments for additional information
  • Working on ad hoc and technical administrative tasks as required
  • Data entry
  • General office administration
  • Create, maintain and update client and administration files

Skills and Experience

  • Have 1 or more years experience working in superannuation
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Efficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to learn systems quickly
  • Professional, reliable, strong work ethic
  • Proactive worker who finds solutions to any issue
  • Ability to work autonomously or within a team
