In this role you will be reporting to the Head of HR and providing recruitment services across the business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Managing the entire recruitment process for a broad range of corporate roles across the business including; writing advertisements, culling CV’s, conducting phone screens, managing offers and preparing contracts
- Working closely with hiring managers to ensure appropriate sourcing strategies are used and advising them on suitable applicants
- Working closely with the team to ensure compliance and standard policies and procedures are followed
- Contributing to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and other projects as required
You will have previous experience in an Internal Talent Acquisition role. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced, innovative and entrepreneurial environment. You will be confident in approach and demonstrate exemplary communication skills.
