Your new role

  • Extensive diary management ensuring key stakeholders' daily schedules are manageable
  • Responsible for ensuring that the Model Risk, Liquidity & Capital Risk and Risk Analytics teams are well organized and working efficiently
  • Coordination of team meetings and tracking of task management
  • Compilation of team performance and development data, communicating key dates for the team, communicating key actions and following up to ensure actions are performed

Your skillset and experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience supporting teams in Risk and/or Financial Services in an assistant capacity
  • Highly organised and structured in approach
  • Must be adaptable, resilient and proactive
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in Treasury or Financial Markets teams is desirable
