The role
Randstad currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant to support a fun, friendly and professional team for a commercial property group.

The broad function of this role is to provide high level of administration and organisational support to the sales team to help manage and prioritise time, as well as contributing towards the achievement of the company goals and the satisfaction of client needs.

Your key capabilities will be:

  • Assist the team to manage output, workflow and office deadlines.
  • Book travel arrangements and manage diary
  • Arrange and manage meeting for other senior managers
  • Manage catering and other requirements on the day (and dinner reservations)
  • Marketing and design for team members projects
  • Write and manage correspondence
  • Prepare documentation and agendas for Board Meetings and write meeting minutes
  • Answer and direct general phone calls - occasional reception cover
  • Occasional errands to be ran out of the office.
  • Manage the office and responsible for the reception staff
  • Maintain adequate filing systems on company drives.

The Candidate
The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced Team Assistant and ideally will have previously worked within a similar role preferably within the property or real estate sector. You will need to be a self-started with a can do attitude.
You will have:

  • High level computer skills including Microsoft Office and Power point is a must.
  • High degree of typing and administration accuracy under pressure.
  • Strong administration skills
  • Possess the ability to be able to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience providing quality customer service.
  • Ability to be pro-active and able to work autonomously under limited direction
  • A sense of urgency and flexibility, strong organisation/time management skills to handle a number of tasks at any given time.
  • Broad understanding of office procedures.
  • A can do attitude with enthusiasm and energy
