The Company

A global leader in the market, our client prides themselves on delivering exceptional service to their clients. They are currently seeking experienced call centre Team Leaders to join them on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience with a client in growth mode who can provide genuine career progression.

The Role

You will be managing a team of customer service consultants on a daily basis, managing performance and providing day to day operational and administrative support, contributing to the ongoing expansion of the business. As Team Leader you will:

  • Coach and develop customer service consultants to achieve performance targets
  • Assisting with recruitment, training and running team meetings
  • Rostering of the team and approval of timesheets
  • Handling all customer escalation calls
  • Identifying talent whilst motivating and developing towards personal goals
  • Understanding performance metrics to identify opportunities for the team
  • Reporting to your manager on performance and daily operations
  • Conducting regular security checks to ensure team compliance
  • Assisting with reporting for the client

About you

This is a dedicated leadership role, with a 100% focus on culture, behaviour and performance. You will be self-motivated, have a morale boosting attitude and a passion for helping those around you perform at their best.

To be successful in this role, you need to be people-focused and adaptable. You are also:

  • A leader with 1 + years’ experience in a similar role looking to grow within a fast-moving team and business
  • A quick thinker with the ability to be agile and responsive to your environment and team
  • Culture-focused with a desire to create a high performing environment
  • An experienced coach for behavior, performance and development
  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficient communication skills, high attention to detail and proactive work ethic
  • Must be an Australian Citizen to apply
