Randstad has been partnering with Government departments and authorities across Australia for over 25 years. We are currently working with The Corporation of the City of Adelaide to source an immediately available Team Leader to manager and supervise a team of 4 Payroll and Accounts Payable Officers. The position is to commence immediately and will be available for a minimum of 2 months.

As the Team Leader of Payment Services you will be responsible for;

  • Managing the delivery of core payroll services
  • Managing the delivery of core Accounts Payable services
  • Ensuring the Corporate credit card program is efficiently and effectively managed
  • Manage the processes for the reconciliation and preparation of group certificates.
  • Directing, mentoring and ensuring continuous development of the Payment Services team
  • Ensuring training and career development needs are managed proactively, through ongoing coaching

To be successful in securing this position you will;

  • Display a strong understanding of Awards & Enterprise Agreements
  • Have the ability to prioritise and be flexible when responding to changing priorities and demands
  • Ideally have experience using Chris 21 and/or Technology One
  • Be able to identify process improvement opportunities and potential cost efficiencies
  • Have prior management/supervisor experience for a minimum of 2 years
